Second Draft is a Hong Kong Chinese influenced Gastropub in Tai Hang. With 26 taps on 3 draft systems; serving at 3-5°C, a real ale hand pump serving at 11-13°C, and an imperial draft system serving at 14-16°C. Second Draft serves a wide selection of local and imported brews in the best condition possible as well as a curated range of cocktails and boilermakers.
Creatively curated by Asia’s Best Female Chef 2017, Chef May Chow helped establish Second Draft’s playful east-meets-west dining menu through a combination of local Hong Kong flavors and eclectic European cuisine. All the dishes are also designed to pair with the wide range of beers available on tap at Second Draft. Diners can find small bar snacks, shared plates, as well as larger dishes on weekdays, while a special brunch menu is available on weekends.
